Richard Dunkley is a London based portrait and lifestyle photographer. Richard has worked for major magazines and advertising clients in Europe and the U.S for almost thirty years and has received numerous awards, including the New York One Club Gold for advertising photography.

During a twelve year period in New York Richard developed his passion for photographing modern dancers and athletes; this resulted in his highly successful 2006 exhibition ‘Move’www.ipgbattle.com. The exhibition will show in London next year.

His new exhibition, ‘Inspired by flowers’ opens in London in October 2007, Details are on this website. Richard’s early fashion work was featured in the ‘40 years of Miss Selfridge’, book and  celebrations at the V&A last winter.

A graduate of the London Film School and now working on a film project, Richard feels that the most important elements for his photography are movement and narrative content.

Richard Dunkley has taught and lectured in numerous colleges and universities over the last four years.
